Cookie Policy

Effective: July 22, 2026Last updated: July 22, 2026

AutoEdge uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies to make our website and platform work, remember your preferences, keep your account secure, and load the app quickly.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They — and similar browser storage — help a site remember information such as your login status, preferences, and activity within the app.

2. How AutoEdge uses cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to operate the AutoEdge platform, keep your account secure, remember your preferences, and understand basic performance so the product loads and runs reliably.

3. Types We Use

Essential

Required

Necessary for AutoEdge to function. These keep you signed in and your account secure, and can't be turned off through our website.

  • Authentication & sign-in
  • Secure sessions
  • Fraud protection

Preferences

Optional

Remember your choices so the platform works the way you left it.

  • Display & theme settings
  • Dealer ZIP & defaults
  • Dismissed tips & prompts

Advertising & measurement

Optional

On our public marketing pages only — never inside the AutoEdge platform — we use the TikTok advertising pixel to measure how our ads perform. It records that a page was viewed and whether a demo request was started or submitted. We do not send TikTok your name, email address or phone number.

  • TikTok advertising pixel
  • Marketing pages only
  • Ad performance measurement

In-product storage

Optional

Inside the app, AutoEdge saves some state in your browser to speed things up and pick up where you left off.

  • Dashboard & layout
  • Recently viewed
  • Preferred filters
  • In-app search
  • Saved drafts
What we don't use: AutoEdge does not run third-party analytics trackers, and advertising cookies are limited to the marketing pages described above — never inside the platform, where your dealership and customer data live. This page reflects what we actually use — if that ever changes, we'll update it.

4. Third-party Providers

Some core functions rely on trusted infrastructure providers — such as our authentication and hosting services — which may set cookies or use similar browser storage to keep you signed in and deliver the platform. Our marketing pages also load the TikTok advertising pixel, which sets its own cookies to measure ad performance; we do not send it your name, email address or phone number, and we do not sell your information.

5. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you view, control, or delete cookies and similar storage through their settings — including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of AutoEdge from working.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our services and providers evolve. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
