Terms of Service

AutoEdge provides software for managing inventory, pricing, customers, and deals. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to bind your dealership to these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. You may cancel any time to avoid future charges.

Your dealership retains ownership of all dealership data, customer records, inventory, documents, communications, and operational information stored in AutoEdge. AutoEdge receives only the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure, back up, and provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including customer information.

AI-generated recommendations, pricing suggestions, summaries, and workflow assistance are provided for informational purposes only. Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the dealership. We do not guarantee outcomes from AI features.

Pricing recommendations are estimates derived from available market data and dealership settings. AutoEdge does not guarantee market value, profitability, or future sales performance.

You agree not to misuse the service — no unlawful activity, reverse engineering, interfering with the platform, or using it to send unlawful communications to consumers.

Customer Communications. AutoEdge provides tools that send text messages and emails to your customers, including automated and AI-assisted messages sent on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that every recipient has provided lawful consent to receive such communications (including prior express written consent where required by the TCPA and applicable state law), for honoring opt-out requests, and for the accuracy of any consent records you enter into the platform. AutoEdge enforces opt-outs, quiet hours, and consent flags as recorded in your account, but does not and cannot verify the lawfulness of consent you obtained outside the platform. You agree to indemnify AutoEdge against claims arising from messages sent to recipients whose consent you did not lawfully obtain.

AutoEdge may integrate with third-party services — for example market data, SMS and email delivery, e-sign, AI providers, inventory syndication, payment processors, and accounting exports. The availability and functionality of those services are governed by their own terms and may change without notice.

AutoEdge works to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, outages, and third-party provider issues may occasionally affect the service.

Beta or preview features are provided “as is,” may change or be discontinued at any time, and are not guaranteed to work as expected.

AutoEdge provides tools and insights (including pricing suggestions and recommendations) for informational purposes. You are responsible for your business decisions. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

AutoEdge is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or cloud-provider outages, and government actions.

You may stop using AutoEdge at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

On termination, AutoEdge will provide a reasonable opportunity to export dealership data in a commercially reasonable format before deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by law.

By opting in to text messages through a dealership's website form or written consent form, you agree to receive text messages from that dealership regarding your inquiry, appointment, or vehicle purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update these Terms as the product and law evolve. We'll provide notice of material changes, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
