Desk the deal once, and print from the same numbers

A desking tool that disagrees with the paperwork is worse than a calculator. AutoEdge works the deal and produces the documents from the same record, so what the customer signs is what the desk computed.

The whole structure on one screen

  • Cash, finance or lease, with payment frequency and a first-payment date inside the window your lender allows.
  • Trade-ins — including more than one on a deal — with the payoff, the allowance and the tax credit handled.
  • Taxes and fees resolved from your own configured rules.
  • F&I products presented as a menu, with each one accepted or declined on the record.
  • Commissions and gross, visible only to the roles that should see them.

Worksheets are history, not scratch paper

A saved structure records what it said at the time. Two of them can be compared line by line, and choosing one applies it — but re-saving writes a new worksheet rather than editing the one somebody was already shown.

Paperwork comes off the deal

  • A buyer's order built from the deal itself, with the registered legal entity on it.
  • Your own uploaded forms filled from the same fields.
  • A document is never printed from sources that could not be read.

F&I chargebacks are reversals

A cancelled product is recorded as a reversal against the deal that sold it, so the original sale still stands and the books show both facts.
